This community is focussed on information and support for adult ADHD, however, many of the resources provided may include childhood/youth ADHD advice, and some specific childhood/youth links have also been provided.
Whether you are new to the world of adult ADHD, or have years of experience, there is always more we can learn.
One of our principles of operation is that we will never provide information or opportunities for the business or financial benefit of any individual or organisation. However, we also don't want our community to miss out on opportunities that could be helpful so we have created this noticeboard for individuals and companies to promote selected services and opportunities should you wish to explore them. We will limit items to opportunities that are accessible (either local or online) and clearly relevant to ADHD in adults. We will never actively promote anything on this page.
