Help us get to know your community

Adults with ADHD need support that works for them - understanding more about the people who make up this community can help inform efforts to offer the right support, in the right ways, at the right times.
It's useful to learn about the people who make up this community, to help us provide meaningful support and advocacy.
If you feel comfortable telling us a little about yourself, please complete the survey below.
** This survey is completely anonymous **
None one of the questions are compulsory - you can skip any of them and just answer the ones you are comfortable with.

One of the things we do with the survey responses is map the postcodes where our community live.  Adult ADHD can feel isolating - we hope that knowing there are other adults with ADHD living near you, or in relatable places, might be reassuring.
** This map reflect postcodes only**
Map markers are positioned by postcode and do not represent individual addresses

We also use the information from our members to understand the lived experiences of our community - whether your experience is unique, or whether it represents a shared struggle or achievement, we hope you will find some comfort in being acknowledged and valued.
