Connections

Finding a supportive community can be reassuring and affirming. We celebrate our members' unique combinations of experiences, challenges, contexts and interests and hope to offer shared spaces that respect individuality and uncover common ground.
Our website and newsletter are our main connections with our community.

We have a Facebook page which we use as an entry point to our website and to give us a social media profile but we don't actively monitor or post to it. We have chosen this approach as we didn't see how we could add value to the many existing social media sites, pages and groups about adult ADHD.

We do encourage you to explore the following South Australian-based Facebook groups:
Adelaide Adults with ADHD
ADHD Support Adelaide
Adelaide Adult ADHD Social Network

and to explore other social media opportunities on our
Advocacy and Support and Musings and Inspiration pages.

We want to provide events and opportunities that meet the needs of the adult ADHD community.
Please tell us what topics you would like to talk and learn about.
